Importance of Hose Grounding

Industrial hoses used in petroleum, chemical, and other volatile applications require the hose to be statically grounded.  This reduces the potential for electrical static build up in the hose by providing a path to ground. All Flextral hoses that are assembled for these applications are checked for electrical continuity and are grounded during assembly.  In addition, we also hydrostatically test each assembly so you can ensure your safety.  Ask your local representative about our proprietary Hose Life Tracking (HLT) system so you can view your assembly safety details real time 24/7 without any special equipment.
